Method :In a large bowl mix besan with Corn Flour. Add 3 cups water and then 4 cups water to mix in a smooth paste. In a wok add oil for frying .Now combine Besan with coriander seeds, cumin seeds .Add the chilly flakes coriander Leaves , turmeric , salt and a pinch of baking soda or powder. Take the thin potatoe slices and put in batter one at a time. Heat oil to medium heat and fry the Potatoes till crispy or golden Brown. Drain on Papertowels.
