BREAKFAST: DAAL PURIS   EGG ROLLS CHICKEN NIZAM ROLLS  
SAUSAGE WITH CHEESE POTATO CAKES (ALU CHOPS) DOSA 
  •   PAKORAS or Potato Fritters 
  •  3 Medium Potatoes or Onions Sliced 
  •  ¼ th Cup Corn Flour 
  •  1 cup Besan { Gram Flour}
  •  1 teaspoon salt 
  •  1 tspn Turmeric 
  •  2 green chillies finely chopped
  •  ¼ tspn Fenugreek Seeds 1 Tspn Cumin Seeds 
  •  1 tspn Hing {Asafoetida} 
  •  1 tspn coriander leaves 
  •  1 tspn Paprika or Chilly powder 
  •  Method :In a large bowl mix besan with Corn Flour. Add 3 cups water and then 4 cups water to mix in a smooth paste. In a wok add oil for frying .Now combine Besan with coriander seeds, cumin seeds .Add the chilly flakes coriander Leaves , turmeric , salt and a pinch of baking soda or powder. Take the thin potatoe slices and put in batter one at a time. Heat oil to medium heat and fry the Potatoes till crispy or golden Brown. Drain on Papertowels. 
  •  Chicken Pakoras 
  •  350 Grams Boneless Chicken cut into Strips
  •  11/2 tspns Ginger-Garlic Paste 
  •  Salt to taste 
  •  1 tspn Fennel Seeds (saunf)
  •  2 green chillies finely chopped
  •  8-10 Curry Leaves 
  •  4 tablespoons Rice Flour
  •  4 tablespoons Refined Flour{Maida}
  •  Oil for deep frying 
  •  Method:1.In a bowl combine Ginger-Garlic Paste,salt.fennel seeds,green chillies,torn curry leaves. Mix well.
  •  2. Add Rice flour and Refined Flour.Mix well sprinkle water a little mix well.
  •  3.Heat Sufficient oil in a hot kadhai. Fry the chicken pieces till golden brown. Drain on papertowels or Absorbent paper. Serve hot.
