BASA FISH 
4 Fillets Basa Fish {cut into squares}
3 tablespoons fish sauce{Korean}
6 tablespoons extravirgin olive oil for marination
2 tspns garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 tspn salt 
1 tspn black pepper powder
3 teaspoons Ajwain
1 tblspn Chilly Garlic Sauce {Siracha}
1 tblspn green chilly sauce 
1 lemon 
1 tspn turmeric 
1tblspn Soya Sauce dash of worchestershire
4 tblspn oil for marination 
1 tspn chilly flakes
Method :Preheat oven to 375 gefrees. Marinade all ingredients about 40 minutes. Put the Basa pieces on skewer and grill each side for 15 -20 minutes preside.
