Gajar Ka Halwa

In a kadhai add 4 tablespoon ghee.
1.5 kg carrots grated in a hand held grater .Wash and peel off the skin and finely grate carrots
On medium gas fry the gajar and cover on low medium heat. Take 10-15 Kajus or Walnuts
6 small cardamoms peel to make powder or add 1 teaspoon cardamom powder.
After 5 minutes uncover lid and mix carrots again. Repeat the process for 15 minutes. 
Mix in 300 grams sugar till color changes golden 
In a seperate nonstick pan take 250 grams Mawa keep stirring on low medium flame till Mawa changes its color.Fry the mawa for 15 minutes.
After frying gajar add 1 cup milk .Keep stirring till gajar and milk mixture turns thick .
After 5 minutes on high heat add the mawa to the gajar.
Add the nuts cardamom powder.
When it gives a flavor take out in a container.
In a tight plastic container keep gajar for upto 6 months

Dessert to be served after dinner
