  Mexican Chicken,Beans, with Tortillas 

1 lb Chicken,Beef, Mutton Cut Into Thin strips
1 16 Oz Can of Mexican Refied Pinto Beans
5 tblsp Oil
1 Onion Chopped
1 tspn Salt
1 tspn Pepper
1 tspn Caynne Pepper
1 tspn Paprika
1 tspn Chilli Powder
½ tspn Rec Chilli Flakes (For Extra Heat)
1 tspn of minced garlic
1 inch ginger chopped
For The Sauce
1 tspn Lousiana Hot Sauce
1 tblspn of Regular Chipotle Sauce
1 tablespoon of Fire Roasted Mexican Sauce
Dash Of Tobassco Sauce
4 Cups water 
1 Packet Beef Broth

Flour Mixture
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
½ Cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 tblspns of Corn Flour

1.In a non Stick Wok heat oil .Add the Chicken pieces and fry till golden brown. Add the salt, pepper and sauce. Stur Fry and mix well.Take the broth and add to the chicken.

2. Bring the mixture to a boil for forty five minutes. When the Chicken softens add the onions, ginger and saute for a minute. Add the Beans and stir mixture for five minutes. In a bowl Combine the flour mixture.Knead the dough well for five minutes. 

3.Take the dough. Make in the size of a large bowl. Divide into two. Take a rolling pin and roll out the dough.Fry in the non stick griddle for 5 minutes till golden brown each side.
