Ingredients For Salmon Steak Preparationin George Foreman Grill
4 Pieces Of Salmon Steak.To Fry heat oil in a wok on medium high heat and fry 2-3 minutes perside .
Herb Rub
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tblspn Pepper
1 tspn Kosher Salt
2 tspn Garlic Salt
1 tspn Onion Powder
1 tblspn Paprika
1 tspn Caynne Pepper
1 tspn Red Chilli Flakes
Lemon Butter,Herb Rub
2 tblspn Butter
3 tblspn Dijon Mustard
1 tblspn Fresh Dill
1 tspn Honey.Fresh Herbs
1 Bunch Scallions
1 Bunch Coriander Leaves
1 tblspn Garlic Parsley
Rub the Salmon Steak with the above and marinate for an hour in the refrigerator.
Time Preparation:10 Minutes
Preheat the Oven to 425 degrees.
Take a Non Stick Wok or Caste Iron Skillet and Sear the Salmon For 10 minutes on One Side. Then transfer in hot oven and bake for 15 minutes For a medium rare or 20 minutes for a well done preparation. Garnish with dill leaves.

Salmon Biryani
Take the marinated Salmon and Sear on medium high flame for 2 minutes on a griddle.
For The Rice
1 cup Basmati Rice
2 Cups Water
1 Cup Yogurt
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
1 Bunch Of Coriander leaves.
1 Lemon thinly sliced
Take a Slow or Rice Cooker .Add the cumin seeds at the bottom. Spread the Rice and the Salmon Steak on top evenly . Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
