Pasta In Bechemel Sauce
Episode # 7
Ingredients For Preparation
1 lb Egg Pasta WHOLEWHEAT PASTA
- 1 tblspn Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Stick Of Unsalted Butter
- 1 lb Chicken,Beef (Can be leftover also)
- 1 Cup Of Carrots,Beans Brocchli or any Vegetables (optional)
Cheese: 1 Cup Parmesan, 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, 1 Cup Of Mozarella Cheese or any other cheese on hand
- 1 tblspn Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tblspn Pia Majumdar Italian Seasoning
- 1 tspn white pepper powder
- 1 tspn Rosemary OR 2 Tblspn combined spices
- Boil 8-9 Cups water and add the Pasta as per package directions.Boil for 8-9 minutes until el -dente.
CHEESE : 2 CUPS PARMESAN CHEESE 1 CUP MOZARELLA CHEESE .
Method:In a pan add Extra Virgin Olive oil,butter and let it melt.
- Add the chopped garlic and saute about a minute.
- You can add any meat with salt , pepper
- Pia Majumdar Italian Seasoning Mixture .Add the red wine vinegar to deglaze the pan.
- Add the boiled Pasta with a little water and mix everything
TIPS :Too much addition of salt is not necessary as there is enough Cheese
LAST STEP: ASSEMBLE ALL INGREDIENTS IN POWERXL PRESSURE COOKER FOR 20 MINUTES.
