2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
11/2 TSPNS SALT
½ TSPN SUGAR
¼ CUP OR 2 TABLESPOONS GHEE OR OLIVE OIL
¼ TSPN SAFFRON DIISSOLVED IN WARM MILK 

Knead dough for 10 minutes and let it sit 15-20 minutes.Make 6 equal parts and roll out in 6 inch diameter. Roll out in round shape.Preheat tawa on medium high and dust excess flour. Put on 1 minute per side and add around 6 tablespoons oil pressing gently around the edges. The heat adjusted to medium high on gasmark 7 or 8 .Keep the remaining dough in a plastic box.Make around 6 and serve with Lamb Korma or any daal for your guests.
