1 Chicken -(600-700 gms)-cut into pieces of your choice
4 tbsp oil
2 onions-ground to a paste
1 1/2 cups curd -well beaten till smooth
1 3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp dhania powder
1 tsp saunf (fennle powder)
1 tsp snoth (dry ginger powder )
8 chhoti illaichi (green cardamoms)-powdered
1/ 2 tsp garam masala
1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves -chopped finely
Method Of Preparation
Heat oil in a non stick wok.
Add onion paste and stir fry till brown
Add chicken and fry for 2-3 minutes
Lower heat .
Add curd ,saunf,snoth,salt,and dhaina powder
Stir continuously on low heat until it boils.
Cook covered till chicken gets cooked and a little gravy remains.
Add garam masala ,powdered illaichi ,and fresh dhania .
Cook for 1-2 minutes.
serve hot with Rice,Chapati, Roti.
