Method In a bowl mix all the ingredients of the dough till very soft. Add oil and knead dough rolling in opposite direction till soft. Wrap with plastic wrap and keep aside.After half hour take a rolling pin, dust some flour and roll out the dough to 1/4th Inch thickness only like a Parantha size.Take two plates, apray and cover with foil. With a medium cutter, make 10 round dough size pastries. Make 30 such small round doughs.Step 2 :Take the first set, brush with an egg. Take one tspn of filling and spoon over. Cover with the second layer, brush with an egg, and press with one finger gently to close the patty.Step 3: Take the third layer of dough and brush with Egg Wash.Take a cookie cutter ,dip some water and form a pastry.
Bake for 20-25 minutes till crispy and golden brown .OR FOLLOW
Chicken Patties Dough :4 cups all purpose flour maida
1 egg water to mix dough
3 tablespoon oil 1 patties cutter
1 Large Boneless Chicken Breast Minced Keema
1 chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon black crushed pepper
1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup milk .In a bowl add egg maida salt oil water mix well till combined. Apply oil on hand .The dough should be hard not too thin Knead dough well cover with cling plastic wrap. Let dough rest for ½ hour. Thickness of pat-ties ¼ inch thick of each patties.Roll out ¼ inch on a counter top. Take cutter and cut pieces.In a wok add but-ter onions and saute mix 2 tablespoon maida(all purpose flour).Add black pepper salt add milk and mix well till thick paste. Add minced meat keema make into thick paste.Preheat oven gas 375 degrees .Decorate two plates with oil. On each round piece add egg put 1 tea-spoon filling Put another small round dough and press gently with fingers . Make into patties as you cover the fill-ing.After second layering do third layering .Once ready put into oven and bake for 25 minutes till golden brown.
