DIRECTIONS
1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds once the cumin seeds splutter add sliced onions, salt cook the onions are golden color then add turmeric, ginger garlic paste cook this till raw flavor is gone.
2. Add chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder mix it well and add this into the onion mixture and add some water, chicken, green chili pieces, mix it well and put the lid on and cook this till chicken is tender.
3. Heat oil in another pan add dry red chilli, onion pieces and red chilli, saute it and pour this on the top of the chicken and add garam masala, chopped coriander leaves, lime juice mix it well and switch off the flame.
4. Serve it WITH 4-5 CHAPATIS 1/2 HOUR BEFORE GUEST ARRIVES
