Chicken Do Pyaza- #81

  • Oil 4-5 Tablespoons
  • Cumin Seeds1/4Teaspoons 4-5 large onions 
  • Onion2Big CUT TWO IN CHICKEN AT END 

  • White Pepper Powder-2 tspn OR 1 TSPN BLACK PEPPER POWDER 
  • Turmeric1/4Cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste1/2
  • Dry Red Chili4Numbers

  • Garam Masala1Teaspoons
  • Coriander Leaves1/2Bunch
  • Lime Juice1Teaspoons

  • Salt.To Taste  2 teaspoons 
  • 2 -3 TABLESPOONS TOMATO PASTE 
  • Chili Powder1Teaspoons

  • Coriander Powder 2Teaspoons
  • Cumin Powder 2Teaspoons

  • Green Chili3Numbers
  • 2 cups water only 

  • DIRECTIONS
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds once the cumin seeds splutter add sliced onions, salt cook the onions are golden color then add turmeric, ginger garlic paste cook this till raw flavor is gone.
  • 2. Add chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder mix it well and add this into the onion mixture and add some water, chicken, green chili pieces, mix it well and put the lid on and cook this till chicken is tender.
  • 3. Heat oil in another pan add dry red chilli, onion pieces and red chilli, saute it and pour this on the top of the chicken and add garam masala, chopped coriander leaves, lime juice mix it well and switch off the flame.
  • 4. Serve it WITH 4-5 CHAPATIS 1/2 HOUR BEFORE GUEST ARRIVES
