Chicken Dhaba Jalfrezi - Episode #127
1/2 kg Chicken / 2 chicken breasts cut into cubes
Marinade the chicken with 2 tablespoons of Shaan Chicken Karahi masala,salt,pepper and 1/2 cupcanola oil.Preheat oven to 425 defrees and grill chicken for 15 minutes .
2 laung,2 elaichi,2 dalchini ,2 bay leaves {tejpatta }.
1 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red chilly powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons white pepper powder
2 tablespoons chilly sauce - optional
2-3 tablespoons ketchup -optional
3 chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup oil
1 chopped onion
 6 capcisum chopped
2 green chillies chopped
2 dried red chillies

Yields 6
Beat eggs with salt and black pepper. Make an omlete. Roll it and cut slices .Put aside. 
Marinate chicken with ginger-garlic paste,salt,red chillies,black pepper,chilly sauce.Keep aside for half oil.In a non stick wok heat oil, add the tomatoes. Make soft, and add the chickenKeep low to medium for 10 minutes. Cover for 10-15 minutes. Chicken becomes soft.Add the onions, capsicum ,green chillies.Mix all ingredients well. Put it on low to medium for five minutes. Put coriander leaves .Serve with hot rice.Add the egg at the end.
